Please read through our returns policy below carefully, so that you make an informed purchase. Thank you for your interest in shopping with us. We appreciate your business.


All full priced items can be returned within 14 days of purchase (30 days for International orders) for a online credit. We do not refund for change of mind. Any items returned after the stipulated return timeframe will be denied.

For your item to be eligible for return it must be:
    • unworn
    • in the same condition that you received it
    • in the original packaging with tags still attached
    • free of any makeup or deodorant stains 
    • free of any odors or smoke smell
In the rare instance that an item is not received in its original condition, the item will be Returned to Sender. 

We process all returns within 2 business days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return and credit note code as soon as it is ready. If you do not receive a credit note within this period, please check your junk mail or email us at

As TWO SISTERS INSTYLE is not liable for loss of an item being returned we HIGHLY recommend that you use a traceable delivery method for returning your item to us- e.g Registered, trackable Standard Post or Express Post. 



Follow these steps:
1. Email with your order number stating your reason for return
2.  Once we receive your Return Request, we will send you an email confirming your return and provide you a return form to complete
3. Post the item back to us as soon as you receive approval from oue customer service team regarding your Return Request. Please include the Return Form provided to you. 

4. You will need to cover the return postage, please also ensure to send your order with an activated tracking number and have this information accessible.

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to our lovely customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. We are happy to replace, repair, or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault. You can email (or by using the contact form) if you believe your garment has a fault.
Faulty items are only returnable within a reasonable timeframe. Items that are more than 3 months old may not be eligible for our faulty returns process.

All Final Sale Items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Any Final Sale Itemswhich are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender. 

  • Items that are "Final Sale" as noted above 
  • All Accessories (excluding handbags) -  Undercover Style, hats, earrings and hair accessories.  Due to hygiene reasons

Refunds will only be offered if the item has a manufacturing fault and cannot be replaced or mended. Please contact TWO SISTERS INSTYLE Customer Service Team to be approved for a refund for damaged of faulty products. 


Returned items will be issued as a Online Credit to the customer. Store credits cannot be refunded


Once an order is placed and paid for we cannot cancel the order for a full refund however we can refund in the form of a store credit.  If you would like to change your mind on an order you will need to contact us immediately within business hours, if the order has not been shipped we can cancel the order for you and apply a store credit to your account.


All orders placed under promotion or with the use of discount codes is FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returned items will be issued as a Store Credit to the customer. Refunds will only be offered if the item has a manufacturing fault and cannot be replaced or mended. We only offer store credit for the value of the item less any discounts used and/or shipping paid. Rejected items will be sent back to customers but at customer’s own expense

  • To exchange an item place a new order for the different size, colour or style
  • Then reach out to us for an exchange. Just let us know you already purchased the exchange. We will then refund your original order once we have received and processed your exchange.
  • You cover the costs associated with return shipping. We will exchange your item(s)
  • If the item has changed in price since your original purchase,we will be happy to honor the original price on the new size. 

If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, Laybuy and Zip, will be issued as a Store Credit for the full amount of the return to the customer.
Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay, Laybuy & Zip will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
